Daniel N. Logan is a partner at the McMinn and Logan and focuses his practice primarily on Criminal Law and traffic offenses. Daniel is originally from right here in Winston-Salem and graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law. Daniel has experience in all stages of criminal litigation and works diligently to ensure his clients the best results from a simple speeding ticket all the way up to a serious felony charge.
